Staff spend hundreds of hours creating and updating lessons: To create or maintain an exceptional programme, lessons need to be updated or created from scratch each year. This can often take hundreds of hours that staff don't have. However, if materials aren't updated, lessons can be uninspiring and lead to disengagement.
